Nothing splendid has ever been achieved except by those who dared to believe that something inside them was superior to circumstance.  Whether it’s a high school drop out that went on to become a successful entrepreneur, a woman who excelled in an industry dominated almost exclusively by men, or persons who knew very early in their lives what was their calling, the Conference will demonstrate the power of this belief by showcasing the inspiring stories of successful South Asian men and women that recognized their passion, overcame the odds, remained focused and dared to be different.

It is not enough to recognize your passion and to believe in your vision.  Success demands that we equip ourselves with the tools and skills that are required to be the foundations on which we can rest our ambition.  From networking skills, building a personal brand, writing a business plan to image and wardrobe consulting, the Conference will deliver valuable skill sets to participants as they set out to translate their dreams into reality.

Achievement like happiness is a journey and not a destination.  Without continual growth and progress, such words as achievement and success have no meaning.  It is equally important that one is able to take pride in their achievements and that means being able to share your achievements with others.   The Conference will instill values of giving back, personal philanthropy.  Delegates will be introduced to corporate sustainability initiatives and will take back holistic thinking into their respective organizations.
