Travel By Air

Pearson International Airport (Toronto Airport)
Pearson International Airport is approximately 30 kilometers from the conference hotel. Subway, taxis, shuttles, limousine service and a variety of other convenient & cheap ground transportation options are available.

Travel By Rail

Union Station (Main Hub for Via Rail)
Union Station is within walking distance to the conference hotel. Subway and taxis are also readily available to the hotel.

Travel By Bus

Greyhound Bus
The main hub for Greyhound Buses is the Metro Coach Terminal located at 610 Bay St. at Dundas W. Subway and taxis are then readily available to the hotel.

MegaBus
For travel from New York City, the MegaBus is an economical option. Leaving from 31st Street from Penn Station, the bus arrives at Coach Terminal located at 610 Bay St. at Dundas W. Subway and taxis are then readily available to the hotel.

Travel By Car

Valet Parking is available on the hotel property and public parking can be found directly across Queen Street at City Hall.

From East

  • Take Highway 401 to Don Valley Parkway.
  • Go south to Richmond Street. Exit and go west on Richmond Street to York Street.
  • Turn right on York Street and then right on Queen Street.

From North

  • Take Highway 400 to Highway 401.
  • Go east to Don Valley Parkway and then south and exit at Richmond Street.
  • Head west on Richmond Street to York Street.
  • Turn right on York Street and then right onto Queen Street.

From Lester B. Pearson International Airport

  • Take Highway 401 East to Highway 427 South.
  • Proceed to Queen Elizabeth Way and then head east to Gardner Expressway.
  • Exit at York Street and proceed north to Queen Street.

From South

  • Take Queen Elizabeth Way to Gardner Expressway, and exit onto York Street.
  • Then go north to Queen Street.

Travel from Buffalo

Greyhound Bus Service is available from Buffalo to Toronto for delegates that would like to fly into Buffalo. The following fares are as follows however as fares can be subject to change please visit the website and verify rates.

Please take a look at the Greyhound Bus Schedule. There are various timeslots which you can book one way or round trip. The Bus will pick you up from the Buffalo Airport will take you directly to downtown Toronto and drop you off in front of the Royal York Hotel or Union Station depending on your ticket purchase selection. This drop off area is a two minute cab ride or a brisk walk to The Sheraton Centre.
